I advise mandators on current tax advice, particularly of income taxes, and take part in proceedings before tax authorities, company tax audits and reviews. In my day-to-day work, I focus on broadly understood transfer pricing advice: I verify transactions from the perspective of the documentation obligation, prepare local transfer pricing documentation, analyse situations related to transfer pricing adjustments (TP adjustment) and assist clients in transfer pricing adjustments, prepare TPR information, help Clients in choosing the transfer pricing method taking into account the subject and specificity of their business activity. The subject of my interest is also the subject of withholding tax, including the assessment of the possibility of applying reduced rates resulting from double tax treaties and exemptions from withholding tax, as well as the practical implementation of solutions for Clients to apply these preferences.
