I support employers in the area of employment law, particularly with regard to the introduction of work-life balance principles and anti-discrimination and anti-harassment – those issues I also help to understand during the training courses I provide. I assist Polish and foreign investors on developing onshore wind farm projects in Poland. I have been advising clients – foreign companies – at all steps of the investment process, from obtaining real estate for RES investments, obtaining necessary permits and administrative decisions, through obtaining investment financing, to negotiating the terms of grid connection agreements. I also advise on creating project companies’ structure and special purpose vehicles (SPV).
